As a reflection of the 40th anniversary of the shootings at Kent State University, G&A created a Visitors Center and permanent exhibition on the campus of the University. The Center includes highly focused and engaging story of the events of May 4, a virtual visitors center, online educational exhibit, and self-guided walking tour of the 18-acre historic site. Educational programs for student and public groups were developed in support of the Visitors Center. The experience is powerful and immersive while providing context and multiple perspectives on the May 4 tragedy.
