We are seeking a persuasive and intuitive marketer, who has a stellar combination of hard and soft skills. As BD Proposal Manager, you are an integral part of the marketing function for G&A, facilitating successful capture strategy and company growth by providing Best in Class service to our internal and external clients. You will manage the proposal process throughout its lifecycle; managing team output, creating print and digital responses, multi-platform content and other deliverables daily. As our team's proposal lead you will be successful because you are a meticulous project manager with exacting organizational skills and strong writing and graphic design abilities. You must be committed to internal client service; relentlessly positive and calm under pressure; a team player able to successfully prioritize and multi-task to complete projects with aggressive timelines.

Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensuring the proposal process supports G&As enterprise goals; Leading all elements of RFI and RFP responses, interview presentation and content development, final production and delivery (working with principals, senior team leaders and other collaborative partners-internal and external on all activity); Participates in and champions capture strategy and planning

Required education and core competencies: Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience and demonstrated expertise; Marketing, Communications, Client Management in Creative/Design Services. Superior knowledge of pursuit marketing tactics and proposal management trends.
Required software skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Keynote, Microsoft Office, Google Suite; CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Deltek is a PLUS
