The Integrated Producer balances creative excellence with operational requirements while leading multiple complex projects. They excel at coordinating across disciplines and guiding diverse stakeholder teams toward consensus, ensuring projects maintain both creative integrity and financial health.
Key Responsibilities
Focus: Project Leadership
- The Mid-Level Producer takes full ownership of project success through comprehensive management:
- Lead 2-4 medium-scale projects from concept through installation
- Work under strategic guidance of Senior Producers on complex projects and high-stakes client relationships
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate seamlessly across design, content, and production teams
- Manage fabrication and installation phases
- Drive process improvements and best practices
- Monitor and optimize team utilization
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
Success in this role requires strong financial acumen and oversight:
- Manage comprehensive project budgets and cash flow
- Oversee subconsultant and vendor contracts
- Drive invoice processing and financial tracking
- Monitor resource allocation and utilization rates
- Identify and address budget challenges early
- Structure and negotiate project agreements
- Ensure profitable project delivery
Building strong relationships and guiding teams toward success is essential:
- Lead multiple stakeholder groups effectively, with decreasing need for senior oversight
- Guide teams toward consensus on complex decisions
- Ensure clear communication across all disciplines
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Direct production and installation workflows
- Mentor junior team members
- Foster collaborative team dynamics
- Show readiness for promotion through increasing independence and mentorship of junior team members
Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings substantial project management expertise:
- 4-6 years experience in experience design or related field
- Project management certification preferred
- Proven experience with design/build projects
- Strong financial and resource management skills
- Excellence in cross-disciplinary coordination
- Advanced project management tool proficiency
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Demonstrated on-time and on-budget delivery
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently on standard projects while seeking appropriate guidance on complex challenges

Travel Requirements: 20-25% domestic travel. Occasional travel to our hub locations or other company sites may be required for team meetings, training sessions, or special projects. However, such travel will be planned well in advance, and expenses will be covered by the company.
